Swaying the Power of Influence

Earlier this week, I started reading Influence: The Psychology Of Persuasion, by Robert B. Cialdini. Cialdini proves throughout his book how people react to different persuasion techniques and how effective they are when applied to sales and marketing programs. Although I don’t agree with some of his points, I believe Cialdini’s insights are quite pertinent for businesses, particularly for start-ups and SMBs. Read more…
